We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a solid background in Statutory Audit, Accounting, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and manage statutory audit assignments in compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities, including book closures, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for audit and financial reporting activities.
- Review financial records and identify areas for process improvement and internal control enhancement.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification (Post-CA) experience.
- Strong experience in Statutory Audit.
- Hands-on experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and MIS preparation.
- Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), auditing standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
