Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team responsible for loan collection, recovery, delinquency management, debt recovery, and debt management.

- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize defaults and maximize recoveries.

- Oversee field collections activities to ensure timely payment collection from customers.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in collections strategy development, implementation, or management.

- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in loan collection, recovery, delinquency management, debt recovery, and debt management.

- Solid understanding of agency management principles and practices related to payments collection.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
