About the Role

We are looking for experienced State Heads to lead and expand our Corporate Insurance business across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving business growth, owning the branch P&L;, building high-performing sales teams, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients. Candidates joining Hyderabad and Chennai will play a key role in establishing and scaling new branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete branch P&L; and revenue targets.
- Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing local sales team.
- Develop business across Commercial Insurance products including Fire, Property, Marine, Liability, GMC, GPA, and other corporate risk solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, and business owners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

Candidate Profile

Must Have

- 15 years of experience in Corporate General Insurance Sales.




- Experience in Corporate Insurance Broking or General Insurance Companies.
- Strong exposure to B2B corporate sales.
- Proven experience managing branch or regional business.
- Team handling and people management experience.
- Experience managing large corporate accounts and commercial insurance portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Fire, Property, Marine, Liability, Employee Benefits (GMC/GPA), and Commercial Lines products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Preferred

- Corporate Insurance Broking background.
- Existing network of corporate clients and strong business relationships.
- Experience handling significant GWP portfolios.
- Experience in hiring and developing sales teams.
