- Conduct Training of Trainers programmes.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Strengthen partnerships with government, academia and civil society.
- Capture stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare consultation reports.
- Develop knowledge products.
- Support public awareness campaigns.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings.
- Monitor effectiveness of capacity building.
• Document lessons learned.
Required skills and abilities: Master's in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, Urban Planning or related.
Preferred: Adult learning/facilitation certifications.
812 years in stakeholder engagement, institutional development, training and government advisory.
