Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.

- Provide leadership and guidance to team members on Agile methodologies, TPM best practices, and industry standards for IT services delivery.

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, reports, and presentations.

Job Requirements :

- 12-17 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related field.

- Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

- Experience working in an IT services environment with knowledge of TPM frameworks (Total Productive Maintenance) is desirable.
