- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.

- Educate patients and their families about disease management, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.

- Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the medical team.

- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.

- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, pharmacists,



and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

- Supervise and guide nursing assistants and junior staff, when applicable.

- Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity at all times.

- Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing career development.
