- Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Perform comprehensive head-to-toe physical assessments and continuously monitor telemetry, invasive lines, and vital signs.

- Life Support Management: Operate, troubleshoot, and monitor critical equipment, including cardiac monitors, mechanical ventilators, and feeding tubes.

- Medication & Treatment: Administer prescribed medications, manage complex intravenous infusions (titration), and perform procedures like wound care, suctioning, and catheterization.

- Emergency Response: Initiate immediate, life-saving interventions and perform CPR during medical crises.

- Documentation: Log exact patient data, track fluid intake/output, and document any changes in the patient's condition.

- Team Collaboration: Communicate changes using the SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) framework and collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists.

- Family Support: Act as a patient advocate while providing empathetic emotional support and progress updates to patients and their families.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
