We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patients, assisting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring patient safety while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating doctor.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.

- Ensure proper infection control practices and patient safety measures.

- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and post-discharge care.

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.

- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage.

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned nursing station and patient care areas.





- Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and nursing protocols at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Valid State Nursing Council Registration (West Bengal Nursing Council registration preferred).

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.
