Summary Responsibile for day-to-day operational execution of a multiple governance projects Ensures the team has the facilities tools resources and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of projects Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team tex Senior IT Infrastructure Process Project Specialist Location Bangalore Employment Type Full-Time Experience 12-15 Years Role Type Individual Contributor GEHC Band - LPB Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Process Project Specialist to drive governance process excellence and project coordination across IT infrastructure functions This individual contributor role requires working closely with cross-functional leaders without direct team management to define and operationalize infrastructure processes across Network Midrange Cloud and IVM Infrastructure Vulnerability Management domains The ideal candidate brings strong skills in LEAN Bowler metrics tracking process governance and project management with the ability to influence tower leads and ensure aligned execution across Managed Service Providers MSPs and internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities Define and govern standardized infrastructure processes in collaboration with network midrange and IVM tower leads Act as a process owner and governance lead monitoring process maturity risk areas and cross-domain alignment Design and drive LEAN Bowler metrics and dashboards to measure infrastructure performance especially Level 3 IT infrastructures like Network security Compute Storage Cloud etc Coordinate process improvement and audit-readiness projects with clear milestones risks and success metrics Track project progress using standard project management methodologies provide escalation and support as needed Create executive-ready presentations post derived analytics for governance risk and performance reviews Facilitate governance reviews and forums to present findings enforce process adherence and drive accountability Key Areas of Expertise Cross-domain infrastructure exposure network midrange cloud CMDB DR BCP IVM Strong grasp of LEAN principles and Bowler metric dashboards in IT operations Experience in project management PMP Agile or equivalent experience preferred Working experience on tools like smartsheet buildsmart ServiceNow etc Proven ability to lead without authority in a matrixed multi-vendor environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Hands-on experience with compliance governance audits and risk controls Robust documentation reporting and C-level communication skills Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience in IT operations infrastructure or service governance Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in process-driven roles Skilled in defining and governing Bowler metrics and performance tracking for IT towers Strong project management and analytical capabilities to discuss with track leads on inadequacies and corrective action plans ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint automation into POWER BI dashboards etc and project tracking tools e g Smartsheet MS Project Buildsmart Confluence etc As IC willing to learn and adopt new technologies
