Minimum Qualifications 8 years in analytics data strategy or BI with a proven impact on executive decision-making Expert in SQL and data modeling in Snowflake strong experience building production DBT pipelines sources staging marts tests Proven track record delivering complex analyses using GSuite and AI tools comfortable with LLM-assisted workflows Experience defining and enforcing metric standards semantic modeling and establishing a single source of truth deep understanding of lineage metadata RBAC and KPI ownership Hands-on with BI tooling for building dashboards and governed data sources strong project management skills for scoping agile delivery and stakeholder alignment What Will Make You Stand Out Preferred Qualifications Expertise in AI and agentic analytics including text-to-SQL conversational BI and retrieval-augmented generation with a focus on evaluation for accuracy Proficiency in Python for analytics applications e g Streamlit and ML-assisted workflows
