Apex Workforce Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US clients while working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Work with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
- Negotiate salary/rates with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD,



TN, etc.).
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar ATS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
- Knowledge of tax terms and visa classifications.
- Experience hiring for Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, SAP, and other IT technologies.
