Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and account managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and prepare candidates for the interview process.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated with current US IT market trends and hiring practices.

Required Skills

- Experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Positive knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (IT or Computer Sc. prefered).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
