We are seeking experienced Tendering Professionals with expertise in Power Plant EPC projects to support our growing business.

Key Requirements

- 8-12 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Bid Management for Open Cycle Power Plants (OCPP), Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), Thermal Power Plants, or Fuel Conversion Projects.
- Proven experience in complete tender lifecycle management, from bid invitation/RFQ receipt to final submission.
- Experience in EPC projects involving large-value and multidisciplinary tenders.
- Strong expertise in evaluating PFDs, P&IDs;, and engineering documents related to:

- Gas Treatment Plants

- Gas Turbine Interface Engineering

- Combined Cycle Power Plants
- High-Capacity Thermal Water Tube Boilers
- Robust understanding of EPC/FIDIC contracts, claims management, variations, contractual negotiations, and tender compliance requirements.
- Sound knowledge of tender documents, technical specifications,



engineering drawings, BOQs, and scope analysis.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution requirements, and commissioning aspects.
- Ability to identify technical risks, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial impacts during bid evaluation.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid evaluations for Power Plant EPC projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Commercial teams for bid preparation.
- Evaluate project scope, identify risks/opportunities, and prepare bid clarifications.
- Develop cost estimates and competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
- Participate in contractual discussions and support negotiations with clients and partners.
- Support management in developing winning bid strategies.
