We are looking for experienced Tendering Professionals with solid Building & Infrastructure project expertise to support our growing business.
Key Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Tendering, Cost Estimation, and Bid Management for Building & Infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in complete tender lifecycle management from RFQ receipt to final submission.
- Exposure to large-scale EPC and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPC/FIDIC contracts, claims management, variations, contractual negotiations, and tender compliance.
- Excellent understanding of tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope analysis.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning,
and execution requirements.
- Ability to identify technical risks, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial impacts during bid evaluation.
- Experience in coordinating with engineering, procurement, planning, estimation, and commercial teams.
- Middle East/KSA project experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and prepare comprehensive bid strategies.
- Lead technical and commercial bid evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for cost estimation and proposal preparation.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit competitive techno-commercial proposals within deadlines
