We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable applications, and leveraging AI to deliver better software, faster.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, APIs, and internal platforms.
- Design scalable application architecture, database structures, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Build robust, production-ready applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, and contemporary frontend technologies.
- Leverage AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Lovable, and similar platforms to improve development speed and quality.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM APIs into production applications.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Ensure engineering quality, application performance, security, scalability, and production stability.

What We're Looking For

- 3-4 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,



or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with ReactJS or VueJS.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Stand Out If You Have

- Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated applications.
- Experience working on SaaS, Product Engineering, ERP, E-commerce, PrintTech, GiftTech, or HRTech platforms.
- Contributions to GitHub, open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer communities.
