About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Configuration Analyst to support ADMS/COTS configuration, implementation, automation, and integration for a leading utility client.

This role is ideal for professionals with utility industry experience and hands-on expertise with Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS platforms, particularly in configuration and implementation rather than solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and data requirements and evaluate vendor software capabilities.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS solutions.
- Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.
- Support integrations between ADMS/COTS platforms and enterprise systems.




- Develop advanced scripts and embedded software for configuration and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve solution quality and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support to product teams.
- Ensure configurations meet quality, reliability, scalability, and operational requirements.

Required Experience
- Previous experience working with utility clients such as Duke Energy, DTE, CMS Energy, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS .
- Strong experience in ADMS/COTS configuration and implementation .
- Robust scripting/programming experience with one or more of:
- .NET
- C#
- SQL
- Visual Basic
- ABAP
- Solid understanding of business processes and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
