Job Role-Project Coordinator Bolted Silo & Non-Standard Equipment

Base Location-Pune Maharashtra

Job Location-On Site

Qualification : BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Required Experience : 4 to 8 Year

Reporting To- Service Manager

Salary- Fixed Salary+ Accommodation+ Food & petrol allowances

Notice Period-Immediate

This position involves travelling PAN India at the project /site locations of clients. Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

- Monitor ongoing service and project activities of Bolted Silos and Non-Standard Equipment.
- Resolve technical issues faced by engineers at site.
- Communicate with clients regarding project status and requirements.
- Review manpower deployment and resource utilization.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at sites.
- Prepare and share daily progress reports.
- Prepare progress reports and update project schedules.
- Coordinate material requirements and follow up on pending dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate erection and commissioning activities at project sites.




- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise contractors and site technicians.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain site documentation and progress records.
- Report project status to the Project Manager.
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
- Coordinate with customers for smooth project execution.

Must have the below skills:-

- Bolted Silo Erection & Installation Non-Standard Equipment Installation Mechanical Assembly
- Drawing Reading (GA & Fabrication Drawings)
- Project Coordination
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Site Documentation & Reporting
- Safety Practices (PPE, Work Permit System)
