About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SEO Executive / SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team, manage client projects, and drive organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, hands-on experience in client communication, and the ability to mentor and manage a team while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage ongoing client SEO projects from strategy to execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through calls, meetings, emails, and messages.
- Lead, mentor, and train the SEO team while monitoring team performance and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Develop and execute effective On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve search rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.
- Recommend improvements to website architecture, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with the Content, PPC, Web Development, and Marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report key SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic,



conversions, and website health.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Proven experience in handling clients through calls, meetings, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Experience leading and managing an SEO team.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
