Position Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development of retina imaging products across their respective territories. This role requires strong customer engagement, technical understanding of ophthalmology & imaging solutions, and the ability to achieve defined sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote retina imaging products in hospitals, clinics, and eye-care institutions.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential customers including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to highlight product features and advantages.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Medical Technology; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2–10 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, or diagnostic imaging products.
