We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our growing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Achieve assigned hiring targets within timelines.
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Hands-on experience with job portals and resume databases.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
