Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. QA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Home Care Products industry and possess strong knowledge of quality systems, laboratory testing, SAP QM, and GLP/GMP compliance. Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct raw material testing and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform packing material testing and documentation.
- Carry out Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) testing.
- Operate and calibrate quality control equipment.
- Maintain quality system documentation as per company standards.
- Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions.
- Perform SAP QM operations and maintain quality records.
- Conduct online process quality checks to ensure product quality.




- Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP guidelines and quality standards.
- Create and maintain QA databases and reports using computer applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 3–5 years of Quality Assurance experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Home Care Products.
- Strong knowledge of quality testing procedures and laboratory documentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP QM.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations.
- Tamil language proficiency (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.
