RESPONSIBILITES : · Planning of construction Activities and monitor daily, weekly, monthly work schedules. Approve project schedules, resource plans.

· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Review the drawings in joint discussion with architect and consultants to foresee any risk and highlight the same.

· Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews.

· Instruction given to site engineer/ Sr. Engineer for any clarification or guidance to ensure first time right work.

· Civil, MEP, PEB, work designs coordination and site execution, Safety, Quality, Third party inspection and quality checking.

· instruction given to site engineer for Checking the quality of work in line, level, plumb, shuttering & reinforcement, concreting, Masonry, Finishing activities as per standard quality norms.

· Supports Quantity surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payment and claim.





· Coordinate with Client and sub contractors and suppliers for work progress, answering contractor’s technical queries on project related issues.

· Assist in planning and development of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and materials.

· I had carried out technical support for ongoing civil, MEP, PEB, structural, and interior and exterior finishing work at all stages.

· Ensure safety and quality plans in accordance with construction standards.

· Building Repair and Maintenance Services work.

· Ensure projects are completed on time and within schedule

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
