Job Title Senior Product Designer Work Mode Remote Experience 5 Years Roles Responsibilities Understand and prioritize user needs to create empathetic user-centered designs Own visual design including layout typography color schemes and imagery Create wireframes mockups prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate concepts and solve complex UX problems Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop tablet and mobile devices Work closely with engineering teams to translate designs into high-quality functional products Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency and deliver a cohesive user experience Support QA by reviewing implementations identifying inconsistencies and ensuring high-quality output Contribute to building and maintaining design systems for consistency across platforms and products Stay updated with industry trends tools technologies and best practices Required Qualifications Degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent hands-on experience Minimum 5 years of experience in product design Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and familiarity with web iOS and Android design standards Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions Experience in analyzing and interpreting user behavior Proficiency in up-to-date design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with user behavior analytics tools e g Microsoft Clarity is an advantage
