SUMMARY

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with solid expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade business applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions, integrating enterprise systems, leading technical teams, and engaging with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.

Develop complex Power Automate workflows with approvals, notifications, error handling, and automation.

Create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX measures, and KPIs.

Integrate Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel, SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.

Manage ALM using Power Platform Solutions, deployment pipelines, and Dev/UAT/Production environments.

Gather requirements, prepare design documents, conduct demos, and communicate with clients.

Lead and mentor development teams, assign tasks, perform code reviews,



and support project delivery.

Required Experience

Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development.

Enterprise Power Apps development experience.

Experience integrating SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.

Experience with governance, ALM, and Agile delivery.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Excellent client communication and requirement gathering.

Team leadership and mentoring experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, PL-300.
