Educational Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline

Technical Skills

- Proficient in understanding and modeling topographical surfaces, site grading, and infrastructure components.
- Solid understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, detailing standards, and constructability.
- Proven experience managing a small to mid-sized modeling team.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, drawing standards, and BIM execution plans.

Special Requirements:

- Exposure to infrastructure and industrial plant projects.
- Familiarity with local and international C&S; codes and standards.
- Experience in BIM coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).

- 3D integration and coordination in Autodesk Navisworks.
- Model Conversions into Navisworks platform (IFC to NWD and Step to NWD)
- Performing clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks and preparation of Clash Check reports.
- Preparation and development of 3D civil models in Autodesk Revit.

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil & Structural 3D Modeller with expertise in civil and industrial structure modelling. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in 3D modelling,



team management, and quality control, with the ability to lead a Civil & Structural (C&S;) modelling team. Familiarity with topographical surface modelling and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams is essential.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models for civil and structural elements of industrial and infrastructure projects using relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks etc.).
- Interpret engineering drawings, design inputs, and specifications to create accurate and constructible models.
- Lead and manage the C&S; modeling team, allocating tasks and ensuring timely delivery of modeling works.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on models and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Model and manage topographic surfaces and related civil components (e.g., grading, roads, site development).
- Coordinate with other discipline teams (e.g., architectural, mechanical, piping) to resolve clashes and ensure model integration.
- Prepare and extract construction drawings, material take-offs (MTOs), and deliverables from 3D models.
- Maintain and implement company and project-specific modeling standards and procedures.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes, using tools Navisworks.
- Train and mentor junior modelers in best practices and technical workflows.
