- To carry out Intermediate, Finished product analysis as per STP.
- To carry out plant trials, PD lab, complaint samples analysis.
- Documentation related to in process, Intermediate and FG, Validation sample analysis.
- Sampling and labeling of intermediate and FG product.
- Identify and inform OOS to immediate superior and as per their instruction carry out OOS sample analysis.
- To update related instrument log book entries immediate during usage.
- Ensure to send back duplicate copy of intimation slip to production or respective department after completion of analysis.
- Ensure to send all 3P Lab analysis samples
- To carry out analysis of outside department samples and communicate results after verification.
- Ensure to handover control sample to QA immediate after analysis.
- Preparation, standardization, reporting and labeling of volumetric solutions and laboratory reagents.
- Laboratory instrument calibration.
- Proper Co-ordination with all departments to run process smoothly by providing timely & error less analysis.
- List of Laboratory instrument and AMC status.
- Contributing to the organizational goal of Best Practice in the Safety, Health and Environment management system to minimize the risk, injury even Near Miss.
- Competent person to perform secure activity in QC lab.
- Involvement & participation in HIRA/EIA identification, implementation to ensure compliance with EHS & OHS requirements”
