Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sr Manager | Chief Manager - International Sales & Marketing. The role involves developing and executing international sales and marketing strategies for fluorochemical products across key global markets. The individual will manage existing international accounts, identify recent business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing sales forecasts, leading pricing and negotiation activities, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, finance,



and technical support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes leading marketing initiatives, representing the company at international trade fairs and industry events, and providing regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications Strong market planning and market research skills, with the ability to analyze global trends and competitor activities.

Expertise in international marketing and marketing strategy, especially within chemicals or industrial products.

Proven sales experience in international B2B environments, including account management and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures.

Experience in the fluorochemicals, specialty chemicals, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Ability to travel internationally as required and work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
