1. Talent Acquisition Partner (M4/M5) Credit -Bulk Hiring

- This role will be responsible for driving credit hiring across Consumer, Commercial, SME, and WBG segments across India.

- The incumbent will be expected to close 40 offers per month.

- Location can be either Infinity or BKC office

- We are looking for someone who has handled similar hiring volumes (40 hires/month), is highly proactive, agile, quick in execution, and result-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and drive closures in a high volume setting.

1. Talent Acquisition Partner (M5) Wholesale Banking (WBG)

- This role will manage hiring for the Wholesale Banking segment.

- Expected to close 1820 offers per month, primarily across niche and mid-senior roles.

- We are looking for someone who can effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders, has some experience in niche/specialized hiring.

- Relevant Experience into Bulk, Core Recruitment for any Non IT/BFSI will be preferred

- Immediate joiners with relevant experience will be preferred .
