- Schedule domestic and export orders (plan orders, sales orders) in SAP in order to meet the customer requirements.

- Monitoring and maintaining the desired lead time to ensure full capacity utilization.

- Ensure product, size, plant specific planning to comply with regulatory requirements

A. Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

- Support implementation of Films and Foils planning strategies in line with organizational policies and processes.

- Contribute to improving planning efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.

Core Functional

- Convert sales requirements into system-driven sales orders accurately and on time.

- Monitor order booking and highlight priority / critical orders.

- Support demand planning activities and ensure alignment with S&OP; plans.

- Prepare and execute daily/weekly production plans.

- Ensure adherence to the production plan to achieve budgeted OTDIF targets.

- Support timely rescheduling and re-planning of orders based on customer requirements and plant constraints.

- Plan width changes based on demand while ensuring availability of raw materials.

- Track and support optimal utilization of available production capacities

- Assist in implementation of capacity allocation budgets segment-wise.

- Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials.





- Raise purchase indents for raw materials as required.

- Monitor inventory levels and highlight risks related to shortages or excess.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, CSR, Procurement, Stores, and Plant teams) for effective execution of production plans.

- Follow up with plant teams on production status, delays, and dispatch readiness.

- Ensure alignment between demand, production, and dispatch plans.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports (production status, OTDIF, order tracking, inventory, etc.).

- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure data integrity.

- Analyze basic planning data and highlight deviations with suggested actions.

- Ensure adherence to planning processes, SOPs, and system discipline.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, SCM, and production efficiency.

- Participate in digitization and automation initiatives for planning and reporting.

Internal Process

- Conversion of Sales Requirement into Sales Orders.

- Generate daily planning reports and monitor the order booking.

- Generate Purchase Indents of various Raw Material.

People & Team Support

- Support team coordination and contribute to a collaborative work workplace.

- Assist in training and guiding junior team members or new joiners.

- Contribute to team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
