Job Summary

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in ITSM modules, platform customization, integrations, workflow automation, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform optimization.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and implementation of best practices.




- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to technical design and solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
- Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation Certification

Nice to Have

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Service Mapping, and Employee Center.

Exposure to ServiceNow AI/GenAI capabilities and automation solutions. ",
