ROLE- To work as HR Team Leader managing Recruitment & HR Ops based at Mumbai.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Recruitment - Responsible for Recruitment & Onboarding of Employees.

Manpower Planning: Creating Vacancy Chart with the help of Department Heads to meet hiring needs of organization.

Job Descriptions: Collaborate with department heads to create clear & compelling JDs that attract qualified candidates & hire candidates as per relevant requirement.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize all channels (Job portals, Social media, Networking) to identify & engage potential candidates for hiring. Design, Run & Monitor Job Ads.

Interviewing: Conduct Interviews & assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications in alignment with requirement & Company culture.

Selection & Onboarding: of Candidates while Ensuring a positive Candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, Onboarding & Training.

Data & Reports: Create & maintain Candidate Database & relevant Reports.

Team Management:



Manage & provide Training / guidance to Hiring executives on best practices in shortlisting & selection of right candidates.

HR OPS -

To manage Attendance & Leave Management System.

Salary Processing of Employees along with Accounts Team.

Statutory Compliances -

HR Policies- Improving existing HR Policies & also creating New Policies.

Statutory - Comply with all State protocols & Legal requirements related to HR.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS

Diploma/Graduation in Human Resources (HR) or Related field.

Good Knowledge of Hiring, Job Portals, Tools & Techniques, HR concepts & Policies. WORK EXPERIENCE

Proven experience of 2-5 yrs. in Recruitment, HR Ops, HR Policies.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
