Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting the overall workforce requirements of the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and support HR audits.
- Assist in performance management, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
