Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and guest services to ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
- Lead and mentor department heads and team members; develop training programs and conduct performance reviews to drive accountability and service excellence.
- Monitor revenue KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy), manage budgets, and implement cost-control strategies without compromising guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations while maintaining brand standards and audit preparedness.




- Partner with marketing and sales teams to design promotional campaigns, manage group bookings, and optimize yield management strategies.
- Resolve escalations, manage crisis situations, and act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and corporate clients.
