We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer to build and scale high-performance microservices for enterprise-grade platforms. You will play a key role in designing robust backend systems, owning end-to-end delivery, and ensuring production reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices in production
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects from planning to execution
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production incidents efficiently
- Develop and optimize enterprise-level ad tech platforms (or similar large-scale systems)
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and manage technical debt
- Handle release deployments and ensure system stability post-release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM setting
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of experience in backend development using Golang
- Strong experience in microservices architecture and REST API development
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design
- Expertise in writing efficient, optimized, and maintainable code
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system challenges
- Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Adaptability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS / Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
- Experience with databases such as Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or other NoSQL systems
Education
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
