Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. GM – Contracts & Billing to lead contract administration, billing operations, vendor management, and project cost control for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end contract administration.

- Handle contractor and subcontractor billing.
- Prepare, review, negotiate and administer contracts.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee material management.
- Conduct site audits.
- Monitor project cash flow and cost control.
- Resolve contractual and commercial issues.
- Ensure statutory and contractual compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports.
