Position Asst Manager Manager - Maintenance Electrical Location Vapi Experience 5 - 7 Years Industries Plastic Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical systems including control panels PLCs VFDs HMIs motors switchgears and power distribution systems Ensure proper functioning and safety compliance of electrical installations Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance for all electrical equipment Mechanical Maintenance Support Oversight Coordinate and assist in mechanical maintenance of plastic processing machinery e g injection molding blow molding extrusion machines Work closely with the mechanical team for root cause analysis and long-term solutions for repetitive mechanical issues Utilities and Infrastructure Ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of utilities such as compressors chillers DG sets cooling towers air dryers and HVAC systems Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures Team Leadership and Development Supervise a team of electricians and multi-skilled technicians Assign daily tasks monitor performance and provide hands-on training to enhance skill levels Documentation and Compliance Maintain updated records of all electrical inspections test reports and statutory compliance e g energy audits electrical safety Prepare and maintain maintenance logs checklists machine history and breakdown reports Projects Improvements Participate in new equipment installations modifications and upgrades Implement automation energy efficiency and cost-saving projects Required Skills Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems and components Exposure to PLC SCADA-based automation Siemens Allen Bradley etc Understanding of plastic processing machinery operations and utilities Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Problem-solving planning and leadership skills Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance Required Qualification - Diploma B E B Tech - Mechanical Electrical Salary - Upto 6 00 LPA If you are interested for this opening please send updated resume on cv qualityhr co in or revert on same mail with following details Total No of Years Experience - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period
