Job Summary

We are seeking a CA Inter Qualified professional to support the Finance & Accounts function by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audit coordination, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge, analytical skills and experience in ERP/Tally-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Experience: 2-5yrs budget below 50k per month job location: Tenkasi

Financial Accounting

· Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

· Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

· Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

· Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.





· Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.

· Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities.

Audit & Compliance

· Assist in statutory, internal, tax, and secretarial audits.

· Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.

· Resolve audit observations and ensure compliance with recommendations.

MIS & Financial Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.

· Perform budget versus actual analysis and variance reporting.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

· Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.

· Reconcile vendor, customer, bank, and inter-company accounts.

· Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
