1. Role - Act as Cost estimator for Sheet Metal & Plastic Parts for Recent and current parts. Negotiate and bring the cost to achieve the product cost within budget.

Responsibilities-Looking candidate with following skills and experience-

Sound Knowledge of Raw Material Cost , Sheet metal parts and Plastic molding parts costing using best methods like ZBC, Should costing etc.

Should have good process knowledge including related factors like Machines, labor cost, Indirect cost etc.

- Must be able to include Jigs & fixtures and other tooling cost in cost estimation.

Candidate- BE / DME with 5-10 years of experience in Costing/ Price panel function in Sheet Metal/ Plastic parts manufacturing companies.

*Proven work experience as a cost estimator.

*High-level mathematical skills, Ability to read and interpret blueprints.





*Good verbal and written communication skills. 6 Advanced analytical skills.

*Proficient with computer estimation software. Project management skills.

*Cost Negotiation & Settlement with customer/Supplier

Zero Basis Cost Analysis.

Labour

Cost calculation.

Knowledge of Different types of Raw Materials.

- Knowledge of Welding Process, Process Knowledge of Surface Treatment.

Tender Costing, Familiar with Engineering Drawings.

Knowledge of Geometrical Tolerance & Symbols.

Knowledge of Tools, Jigs & Fixtures.

Basic and Advance Knowledge of SAP/Excel Software
