Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / AM Sales (Industrial Valves)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Industrial Valves and related flow control products.
- Manage direct sales and business development activities in the Vadodara region and surrounding industrial areas.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable valve solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proactively follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, production planning, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs,



and end users.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations whenever required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance business visibility.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Industrial Valves such as Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Control Valves, Safety Valves, etc.
- Understanding of process industries and industrial applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read technical specifications and datasheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
