About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys tackling complex data challenges and taking ownership from the initial design phase through to deployment and maintenance.

As a Data Engineer at EazyML, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders. The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge Responsible AI solutions in a dynamic and cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services, demonstrating the ability to build and manage cloud-based data platforms.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts,



with experience in developing enterprise-grade data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, or similar technologies, enabling efficient data processing and transformation.
- Experience working in production environments on cloud-based data platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines utilizing Microsoft Azure Fabric to support various data-driven initiatives.
- Build reliable ETL/ELT processes for both structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, leveraging best practices and automation tools.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, while proactively identifying areas for process improvements.
- Work closely with architects, analysts, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and successful outcomes.




- Utilize AI and automation to innovate and enhance engineering productivity, pushing the boundaries of traditional data engineering approaches.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, raising risks early, asking clarifying questions, and providing regular updates on progress.
- Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, maintaining flexibility while ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Engage with global teams, including overlapping hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET) for critical discussions and collaborations.
