Profile Sr Client Servicing Executive-Event-Surat- 40k Experience 3 years Salary Range Upto 30k-40k Communications Relationships Internal Team members HODs Founder Creative Team External Clients Vendors Artists Venue Partners Job Purpose The Senior Client Servicing Executive acts as the bridge between clients and the creative team ensuring every event reflects the client s vision seamlessly You ll manage client relationships ideate creative concepts and ensure flawless event execution with a focus on satisfaction communication and innovation Roles and Responsibilities Attend leads from all venues take client briefings and make the first contact call Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present company capabilities Explain the company profile portfolio and service offerings effectively Ideate and research innovative concepts themes and trends based on client requirements Develop customized presentations and creative proposals for clients Coordinate with the quotation and design team for budget finalization and proposal preparation Keep updated with current market trends artists and vendor offerings Finalize budgets themes and key event deliverables in coordination with HOD Follow up proactively post-quotation submission for closure and conversion Coordinate with project heads to ensure transparent communication of client requirements Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handovers Oversee event planning and ensure target cost adherence Continuously track event execution to align with client expectations Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders vendors artists and venues Follow SOPs and company protocols for client servicing Report regularly to top management and collaborate on overall client strategy Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management ability Analytical and problem-solving mindset Exceptional customer service orientation Creative and aesthetic understanding Strong negotiation and coordination abilities Market and trend awareness Qualifications Experience Education Graduate MBA in Management or related field Experience Minimum 3 years in client servicing events or experiential marketing
