Role overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant, Data Infrastructure to design, architect, and implement modern enterprise data platforms that power analytics, AI, automation, and business applications. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Azure Data Services, and cloud-native data architectures, helping organizations establish scalable, secure, and governed data ecosystems.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and consulting capabilities to deliver impactful data-driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

- Architect and implement enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Azure Data Services, and Power Platform.
- Design and optimize data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, and real-time analytics solutions.
- Develop and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration frameworks, and data orchestration workflows.
- Lead Dataverse data modeling, governance, security, and integration initiatives across Power Platform and enterprise applications.
- Design robust data architectures enabling reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and business process automation.
- Implement data governance, master data management, quality assurance, and compliance best practices.
- Establish monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and operational excellence for data platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and data engineers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Define architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and best practices for modern data infrastructure.




- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership throughout solution delivery engagements.

Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in data engineering, data platform architecture, analytics, or cloud data solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory, data engineering, real-time intelligence, and OneLake.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modeling, integration patterns, security roles, and enterprise data management.
- Extensive experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, and Event Hub.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise data platforms.
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, security, compliance, and information management principles.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Fabric, Azure data engineering, Data & AI, or Power Platform are highly preferred.
