Job Title: Android Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with 3+ years of experience who has hands-on expertise in building tools-based or utility applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on performance, usability, and device-level features rather than heavy backend integrations.

You will be responsible for developing lightweight, efficient, and feature-rich Android applications such as productivity tools, system utilities, or feature-driven apps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-performance Android applications focused on tools and utility functionalities
- Work on features like file handling, device optimization, offline capabilities, and system-level interactions
- Ensure smooth app performance, low memory usage, and fast responsiveness
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create simple and intuitive user experiences
- Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency
- Integrate lightweight APIs or SDKs when required (minimal backend dependency)
- Stay updated with Android platform updates and implement best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
- Experience in developing tools/utility-based applications (e.g., file managers, cleaners, converters, productivity apps, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, device compatibility, and performance optimization




- Experience with offline-first approach and local data storage (SQLite, Room, SharedPreferences)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of clean architecture (MVVM/MVC)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jetpack components
- Knowledge of background services, broadcast receivers, and system-level APIs
- Familiarity with performance profiling tools
- Exposure to UI optimization and smooth animations
- Basic understanding of lightweight API integration (if required)
