Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive – Plant Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day plant accounting activities including vouchers, invoices, and payments.
- Record and reconcile raw material, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods stock as per production reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy of plant financials.
- Track and analyze plant expenses, identify variances against budget, and prepare relevant MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the stores, production, and purchase teams for accurate accounting of materials.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable related to plant operations, including vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls, company policies,



and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of cost sheets, production costing, and overhead allocations.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary data from the plant.
- Support in implementing ERP/accounting software processes specific to plant operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in plant accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/packaging company.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
