Experience 8 - 10 years Qualification B com an experienced Senior Accountant to manage all our general accounting operations Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures Ideally we are looking for a person who has excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles including import export documentations Responsibilities Manage all our accounting transactions Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings Liase with the company CA to prepare manage balance sheets profit loss statements trial balance cash flow statements etc Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations Prepare tax returns and pay taxes timely GST filing TDS return etc Requirements Work experience as an Accountant of at least 8 - 10years Experience with a manufacturing exporting company is preferable Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including import exports documentations Hands-on experience with accounting softwares like Zohobooks Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added quality Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and positive analytical skills
