About the Role

We are seeking a technically minded Data Analyst with hands-on coding experience (SQL) to join our Customer Operations Analytics team.

This is not a standard Excel reporting or MIS role. You will work directly with complex cloud database structures (Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery), visualization platforms (Looker/PowerBI), and contact center telephony systems (Genesys) to model data, automate reports, and analyze customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Querying & Modeling: Write clean, optimized SQL queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) to extract and transform large datasets.
- Dashboarding & Visualization: Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards in Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Telephony & Journey Analytics: Analyze Genesys contact center data, call performance metrics, and customer journey touchpoints.
- Process Automation: Automate manual reporting tasks and build self-serve data models for operational leaders.
- Data Governance: Audit data quality, troubleshoot logic errors,



and ensure accuracy across operational metrics.

Key Requirements (Must-Have Criteria)

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
- Tooling Experience: Hands-on experience building reports in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analytics Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years in a technical Data/Operations Analyst role (BPO, ITeS, or Tech environment preferred).

Educational Background

- Graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or an engineering/analytical field.

- Prior exposure to Genesys cloud telephony data or contact center metrics.
- Mandatory / Core Skills: Robust coding skills, particularly SQL.
- Preferred Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Looker, LookML, and Genesys platform data
