Role Description This is a part-time remote role focused on SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Automate development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions using SPFx, including web parts, extensions, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.

The professional will create, configure, and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline business processes, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate data across systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, testing and debugging components, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and secure implementations. The role also includes providing ongoing support, enhancements,



and performance improvements for existing workloads.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in SPFx development, including building custom web parts, extensions, and integrations with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Power Automate flows, connectors, approvals, and integrations with SharePoint, Teams, and other business applications.
- Solid front-end development skills using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS, with an understanding of responsive and accessible UI design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration concepts, including permissions, site structures, and governance best practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph API, and integration patterns for connecting SharePoint and Power Automate with external systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, document technical specifications, and translate user needs into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with attention to performance, security, and reliability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment and exposure to agile or iterative development methodologies is an advantage.
