Position: Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to improving patients' communication abilities and quality of life through evidence-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home exercises.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and special educators.




- Prepare progress reports and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Follow ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, schools, clinics, or therapy centres is an added advantage.
- Experience working with children, adults, neurological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental delays is preferred.

Salary: As per qualifications and experience. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
