Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.

- Administer standardized tests and tools for accurate assessment.
- Prepare detailed assessment and diagnostic reports.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Conduct effective, engaging, and child-centered therapy sessions.
- Reassess children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
- Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and support when required.
- Educate, guide, and train parents/caregivers for home-based carryover and reinforcement of therapy goals.
- Work on therapy conversions by effectively engaging parents during evaluations.
- Discuss progress with parents at the end of each month and obtain signed feedback forms.




- Maintain therapy documentation, attendance records, and session reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and goal sheets.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy for all client records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure therapy retention.
- Collaborate with centre head, co-therapists, and reporting managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings, parent workshops, and career development sessions.
