Role overview
We are seeking a skilled specialist in Integration Architecture to design, build, and deploy integrations and low code platform solutions across enterprise. This role is responsible for enabling seamless data exchange and process automation between cloud and on-prem systems using APIs, middleware, and up-to-date integration frameworks.
This role blends integration engineering and low-code application development, enabling rapid delivery of business solutions, unified data access, and seamless process automation across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with a practical understanding of business processes, ensuring that integrations are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integrations using APIs, web services, middleware and low code platforms.
- Configure and build connections between enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Develop reusable integration components, templates, and connectors to accelerate delivery.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration designs and technical specifications.
- Assess existing systems and define integration approaches aligned with enterprise architecture patterns.
- Implement business logic, forms, workflows, and approval processes using low-code tools.
- Contribute to integration strategies, standards, and best practices with guidance from architects.
- Develop and execute integration test cases to validate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data errors, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity failures.
- Monitor integrations in production and implement proactive improvements for reliability and scalability.
- Support release deployments, environment migrations, and CI/CD processes.
- Maintain integration documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, and runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize integration architecture, reduce complexity, and improve performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies (API management, event-driven architecture, cloud integrations).
- Partner with business stakeholders, application teams, and vendors to deliver integration solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, risks, and solutions effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and integration-related projects across global teams.
Requirements
- Education: Full Time Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system integration, application integration, enterprise systems development or Bhoomi Integration
- Minimum 4 years of strong hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), web services, JSON, XML
- Experience on Middleware or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)
- Low-code platforms (e.g.,
Zudy/Vinyl preferred, PowerApps, Appian etc)
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Workday, ERP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns (ETL, event-driven, API-led).
- Experience with integration testing, debugging, and production support.
- Experience in developing solutions with multiple cloud offerings in Microsoft Azure, GCP and AWS.
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft integration platform is plus.
- Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software
- Experience working with APIs from commercial software applications.
- Experience with using application support ticketing system - ServiceNow.
- Experience of working on AI agents in the integration pipelines development.
- Experience working and collaborating with distributed remote teams and managing multiple integrations and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with a fully automated CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and data validation.
- An analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Good experience with LucidChart and other diagraming tools.
- Certificate - Boomi Professional Developer, Azure Developer Associate, API Management
